A lot has been written and debated recently about the monitoring of phone calls and emails to track terrorists. Critics of the policy claim it infringes on the Constitutional Rights of US citizens. Defenders say it is similar to monitoring radio transmissions during WWII and we have to keep up with the technology of those that want to kill us.
Our question is... What do you think? Should the US do all it can at any cost or is the cost too high?

America is known all over the world as "the land of the free, and home of the brave" a place accepting ALL people despite their religiouse beleifs, color of their skin, etc. But with the recent paranoia on terrorism, I beleive the American media is completley shying away from many other things. Instead of living in fear of everything, let us help the people that need help right here in America. Extreme poverty in America lies among us, and what about the people of Katrina? Right here in the good ol' US of A, people live with no running water, electricty! This is not the America i know and love, let us keep the saying alive " the land of the free, and home of the brave." and recindle what it truley means to be an American
