Did you build models as a kid? What were your favorites? This ad is from the July 19-25, 1969 TV Guide, the one when Apollo 11 landed on the moon. I bought this model as a kid and the books that came with it. It was an exciting time to be a kid. I'm going to share some of those memories and photos, videos of great tv shows, toys and games from that era on this blog on occasion and welcome your input on your favorite memories from your childhood.
